Anger Management isn’t just about people raging – or being violent, antisocial and aggressive with everyone they meet. In fact, 95% of my clients are nothing like that. People from all walks of life across the South of England and Wales come to me with issues around individual relationships, work relationships, frustrations and resentments.

Very often, professional, mature and respected nice people get angry in life and it’s not necessarily a big problem.

How and why differs from one individual to another. Personality clashes, financial and time pressures – health, family issues – alcohol – parenting Tweenagers (or being parented) – as well as hormonal changes can all play a key role in people’s ability to cope. Poor communication plays a significant role but it isn’t the whole story. Many people will have had a frustrating time analysing their situation long before they make the call.

How do I work with such a wide range of personalities, triggers, life circumstances and how circumstances affect you? It’s a simple and well-practiced process;

  • I help you find who you are and how you tick.
  • What you are really reacting to and why.
  • How everything from not eating correctly, getting enough sleep, caffeine to past experiences and life choices play a part.
